Our Four Pillars

To Elevate, Celebrate, Innovate, and Collaborate our way to becoming a "Rockstar District"—where we consistently achieve an average 90% graduation and attendance rate. We dream big, and we work tirelessly to turn those dreams into reality for everystudent, regardless of their background or learning style.

INNOVATE

Bold ideas. Better outcomes.

We embrace innovation across our schools—whether through new instructional strategies, tech tools, or student-led design. We celebrate risk-taking and continuous improvement in pursuit of excellence.

CELEBRATE

Shining a light on success.

We believe in lifting up student and staff voices, recognizing achievements, and celebrating the unique strengths of every school in our district.

COLLABORATE

Our strength comes from working together.

Our schools thrive through meaningful partnerships—with families, educators, and community organizations. These collaborations fuel progress and ensure every student is supported from every angle.

ELEVATE

Committed to rising—together.

Elevating means not only celebrating progress, but also recognizing  where  we  can  grow.  We  are  transparent about areas we’re working to improve, and we’re proud of the strides we’re making every day.

Growth Focus Areas

  • Chronic Absenteeism: Expanding attendance initiatives across schools
  • Student Voice: Creating more spaces for youth leadership and decision-making
  • Family Engagement: Increasing multilingual resources and outreach

Theory of Action

If we leverage the diverse cultures, languages, and backgrounds of all students and families as assets in our work to foster deeper learning through rigorous and engaging instructional practices, while simultaneously building leadership capacity through networked learning opportunities, we will ensure equitable access to cognitively demanding learning experiences. These experiences will create expansive opportunities beyond the traditional classroom and empower every student to excel, think critically, and reach their fullest potential, no matter the path they choose.
