Pops with a Purpose is a new initiative coordinated by Bronx North High School Districts 8, 10, and 11 to strengthen community and connection among fathers and male caregivers of high school students. The group provides a welcoming space where men can come together to share experiences, support one another, and celebrate the important role they play in their children's lives. Through regular meetings, members will have access to valuable community resources, parenting workshops, and open discussions about the challenges and successes of raising teenagers. Pops with a Purpose will focus on building positive parenting techniques and strategies to foster strong, healthy relationships at home. The group will also explore ways for fathers to stay actively engaged in their children’s academic and personal development.
